Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. For UK & UAE orders, they will arrive in 2-4 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I fly with my beyond blender?
OMG, Yes! However, best be safe and pack it in your checked luggage as the TSA can be a bit cheeky.
How to clean my beyond blender?
Even the laziest among us can handle this cleaning regime. Simply add a drop of dish soap with some water into the Beyond Blender and start her up then rinse her out. Clean as a whistle and ready when you are when you need it again. But we do recommend deep cleaning it every now and then.
How often should I recharge my beyond blender?
Beyond Blender’s battery is as powerful as all-get-out! That means you can blend to your heart’s content (between 8-12 times) before you have to plug it in and give the battery a quick recharge.
What if I'm not 100% satisfied with my products?
First of all, that would break our hearts. But, we get it. If you find it’s not for you within the first 30 days, we’ll give you your money back, no questions asked.
What are the refund & return policies?
It's pretty standard! It lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, typically we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send us an email receipt or other proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Where do I return my product?
To return your product, please email us and we'll provide you with the full address. You will be fully responsible for the shipping costs as they are non-refundable. Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
